After successfully implementing a corresponding management system, Kittelberger media solutions was officially certified according to ISO27001:2017 in 2020. The required audits were completed in 2019, and the certificate was issued at the end of January 2020. This management system governs practically all company processes related to data and information security.
The standard and associated processes are applied across all business areas – from data management and software projects, to the development of the advastamedia® PIM/MAM suite, all the way to data center and operations. To obtain an ISO 27001 certificate, a certified ISO 27001 auditor must perform a comprehensive assessment. This includes reviewing reference documents, conducting an on-site audit, and preparing an audit report.
