Once again recognized as a TOP employer

A good work environment, fair compensation, and a healthy work-life balance are now considered basic requirements for employees to value their workplace. But there are additional factors that contribute to employees willingly investing their energy and becoming dedicated team players.

At Kittelberger media solutions, it seems many things are done right. For the second time, Kittelberger has been recognized as a TOP employer. Employee retention at the company is far above the average for other agencies and software service providers, which speaks to a positive work atmosphere, strong teamwork, and exciting client projects.

The company provides services in digital catalog production, Product Information Management (PIM), Media Asset Management (MAM), software development, database services, and hosting—and works with well-known clients in industry and trade.

How TOP employers are determined

Focus Business, together with the employer review platform Kununu and research partner FactField, identified the 4,000 top employers in the German SME sector for 2022. Over 550,000 employee reviews and 38,000 companies based in Germany were analyzed. A large-scale survey of employees in Germany is now the primary data source.
